This apartment is ideal for winter due to the south-western location with practically all day sun and the presence of satellite TV and WiFi. In the sub tropical park are two kid-friendly pools located and within three minutes you are on the beach. If you want to go out you can go to the mega shoppingcenter La Zenia Boulevard, the Friday market of Torrevieja, or a day shopping in the Centro Commercial in Torrevieja with a bowling, mini funfair, a cinema and a casino. In the vicinity are also ample opportunities for water sports, karting, horse riding, golf and entertainment, good food, etc. etc. A perfect location at 300 meters from the residence you will find Club Nautilus. A nice place with outdoor seating right on the water.
